Paris 2024: Breaking to Make Olympic Debut

Competition Format Announced

16 B-Boys and 16 B-Girls to Compete

Breaking, also known as breakdancing, will make its Olympic debut at the Paris 2024 Games. The breaking competition will consist of two events, one for men and one for women, with 16 competitors in each. The competition will be held at Place de la Concorde on August 9-10, 2024.

The breaking competition will be judged by a panel of experts who will evaluate the athletes' skills, creativity, and overall performance. The athletes will be competing for 14 Olympic quotas, which will be awarded to the top finishers in the men's and women's events.
